Loved and visited all over the world, celebrated by Instagrammers as well as Latin poets. Lake Garda is the place that most commonly associated with our territory and it could not be otherwise: it is truly a magical location, which remains in your heart.

The mild climate transforms the area into a Mediterranean oasis, where lemons, oranges and olive trees thrive. There are many food and wine wonders to be rediscovered, such as Bardolino wine or Garda oil.

But the essence of Lake Garda is also nature, which offers wonderful walks and views. Ready for a short trip to the must-see sites?

If you love hiking, you cannot miss the multiple cycle paths that connect different regions, from Veneto to Trentino. Or Monte Baldo, true titan of the territory, which can be reached via a convenient cable car. On the other hand, if you love relaxation, the various beaches will perfectly suit you, such as Baia delle Sirene in Garda, where the colour of the water will surely enchant you. If you love history and tradition, do not miss the Lemon Hothouse in Limone del Garda, where an ancient castle preserves a plantation of centuries-old plants.

Around the shores of Lake Garda you can find medieval towns and hamlets to rediscover, such as Malcesine, with its Castle. Or Peschiera, Desenzano del Garda. On the opposite side of the lake, there is also Gardone Riviera, where the Vittoriale stands, the villa-museum of the famous soldier poet Gabriele D’Annunzio.
